The sky's the limit...

January has already come to an end.  The year has been more than satisfactory already.  The more we head into the year, the better everything is looking.  Families are growing, friends are growing closer and business ideas are in full bloom. 

So much to do...

I've been so busy lately scheduling upcoming shoots!  Super excited because there are no limitations and the possibilities are sooooo endless.  Everything is on the up and up!  What else could go right?  I am very blessed.

Awesomeness...

Sooooooo... My bestie gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.  I can't wait to meet her in person and start taking her pictures!  I know that her and Phil will make the great parents!  CONGRATS TO THEM BOTH!

Just breathe...

So I took a little bit of time away from the computer to do some writing and to focus on putting together future projects.  I believe we all need to take a break every now and then.  If we don't, then we tend to forget about those around us... Even ourselves.

 

Never got the chance...

So I've been to the Dallas Aquarium a few times now, but never with the awesome-o camera that I have today!  The last time I went was in November when my friend was in town.  Since I've been so busy, I never got the chance to put up a few of the pics that I liked.  So enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

Another project finished...

So I've slacked long enough on the 2 projects that I had going.  Now that the holidays have come and gone, now it's time to focus on my own.  Here's the finished products from Meredith's shoot.

 

 

 

 

Ever since I was a kid...

Ok... So I've had this weird fascination with cemeteries.  I think they're the coolest things ever.  It's probably because when you pass by one or you go to one, there's nothing but silence and such a calm presence.  They're also super fun to do photo shoots at.  Here's a few more from one of my girl's set that we did.  Pretty funny how we were apologizing for stompin' on their graves.  No disrespect!

 

 

People watching...

It's probably one of my favorite things to do when I'm out and about.  Especially since I tend to go out alone a lot of the time.  I found that the 2 best places to people watch are the mall and the gym.  I mean come on, have you ever gone to the mall and just sat down and watched people walk by?  Or at the gym, when you're upstairs on the cardio machines and can see everyone downstairs on the weights...  It's funny the things people do.  Just sayin'.  :D

The simple things...

A lot of people believe that the simple things in life make you the happiest, especially in this crazy, busy world we live in.  Everything has to be now, now, NOW!!!  That's the kind of society that is being created around us.  When you stop and think... When's the last time you gave someone a hug, flashed a smile to a stranger or said "I love you"?  Those are the simple things that we all tend to forget about.

 

 

Family, friends and booze...

It's always traditional to ring in the new year with the people you love most.  Especially when there's great food and a lot of booze involved!  Couldn't have asked for a better nite...
